This policy explains what personal data intelcrawler.com (“IntelCrawler”, “we”) handles and why. It is written with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) in mind.
What we collect
We do not ask you to register or log in. We do not run a newsletter or comment system.
- Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These logs are kept for a limited period.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply and for our records.
- Affiliate clicks. When you click a link starting with
/go/, you are redirected to a casino. The casino or its affiliate platform may set its own cookies to record that you came from us. Their privacy policies apply to that data.
Cookies
IntelCrawler itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security. Casinos you visit through our links set their own cookies.
How we use data
To run and secure the site, to answer messages, and to understand which pages are useful in aggregate. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
With Cloudflare as our hosting and security provider, and when required by law.
International transfers
Cloudflare operates servers worldwide, so data may be processed outside Malaysia under its data processing terms.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop processing it. Email editor@intelcrawler.com.
Children
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. The date above shows the latest version.
