Three welcome offers to choose from, with rollover as low as 10×.
12Play is an online casino and sportsbook that Malaysian trade guides still list in November 2026. Its official web presence is uncertain. The old 12play.com domain now redirects to an unrelated link page, and a mirror domain using the 12Play name has been flagged as low-trust by a security scanner.
What players like is the bonus menu. You can pick a 150% all-games bonus or lower-rollover slots and sports options, and the RM30 minimum deposit and withdrawal are among the lowest here. The library is large, at around 75 providers. The problems are serious, though: contradictory licence claims, an unclear official domain and mixed user reports on withdrawals.

Bonuses and promotions
Two trade sources agree on the headline offer: 150% up to RM588, plus RM22 free credit and 50 free spins, at 25x wagering. They do not say whether the 25x applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus. On deposit plus bonus, a RM100 deposit with a RM150 bonus means RM250 x 25 = RM6,250 in bets. The minimum deposit is RM30.
The alternatives carry lighter rollover: 100% on slots up to RM300 at 12x, or a sports and esports bonus up to RM300 at 10x. Reload bonuses, an eight-level VIP programme, a birthday bonus and a referral scheme (the friend must make three or more deposits) are also reported. Because the official domain is unclear, make sure you are reading the promotions page on the genuine 12Play site before relying on any terms.

Licence and safety
12Play's licence claims contradict each other. One source lists the Government of Montenegro, others name PAGCOR or Curacao, and none gives a licence number. The operating company is not named. This is the weakest licence record among the brands we cover.
The domain situation adds risk. The legacy 12play.com now points to an unrelated page, and at least one look-alike domain has been flagged as low-trust. Copycat sites are a real problem in this market. Malaysia does not license online casinos, so whatever licence is claimed, you have no local recourse in a dispute.
Mobile app
12Play is reported to work through a mobile-friendly website. We could not confirm a dedicated Android or iOS app, so do not install any app claiming to be 12Play unless you are sure it comes from the genuine operator.
Customer support
12Play lists more support channels than most: 24/7 live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat and email (12support@12play.com). Languages include English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese. The email address uses the 12play.com domain, which now redirects elsewhere, so it may not be reliable.
How to sign up at 12Play
- Confirm you are on the genuine 12Play site before entering any details; the old 12play.com domain no longer leads there.
- Choose Register and enter your username, password, mobile number and email, using details that match your ID.
- Verify your phone number and complete any identity checks requested.
- Pick one of the three welcome bonuses (all games, slots or sports) after reading its terms on the promotions page.
- Deposit at least RM30 by FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go or another listed method, and select the bonus before confirming.
- Check the bonus, free credit and any free spins have been credited, and note the wagering requirement.
Verdict
12Play suits bonus-focused slots players who like low-rollover options and RM30 minimums, and who want a large choice of providers. But the contradictory licence claims, uncertain official domain and mixed withdrawal reports are real concerns. Skip it if you are not confident you can identify the genuine site, or if trust and dispute handling matter more to you than bonus flexibility.
